Woo Hoo! Nice job to you Kate — looks scrumptious. And how cool is that composite photo of all the drooliscious mousses…moussi…Hmmm. Dunno how you spell that. But it’s great just the same. What a lot of hard work to put this all together. Applause to you Helen. Can’t wait for the next one.

Mousse certainly seems like the flavour of the season. Everytime I turned around another friend seemed to be making mousse. And now I discover I missed Hay Hay it’s Donna Day Mousse!
